Park conveniently at Snabb parking lots in Pärnu
Snabb app provides a convenient overview of all Snabb parking lots in Pärnu, allowing you to start, end, and pay for parking effortlessly through a single app.
Paying for parking services
In Pärnu’s public parking zones, parking management and enforcement are overseen by the Pärnu City Government. The parking fee must be paid before or immediately after starting parking.
Proof of parking in the city’s paid areas can be provided through either a parking ticket or electronic means. SMS parking services are exclusively available to users of Estonian mobile network operators. Additionally, numerous private parking lots are present in the city, so it’s essential to observe information signs and traffic regulations pertaining to parking.
Note! When parking both a vehicle and a trailer simultaneously, parking fees are applicable for both the motor vehicle and the trailer.
How to start parking in the public paid parking area of Pärnu?
1. Start parking using an app or SMS
Pargi.ee app (service fee 0,33€-0,49€)
To park via SMS, send a message to the short number 1902 in the following format: vehicle number, space, parking zone code (e.g., 123ABC PRAND30). To end parking, call 1903. For information, call 1910, Elisa customers can call 660 0600 (calls from landlines to short numbers are not possible). The service fee for mobile parking is €0,33-0,49€. SMS parking is available only for local numbers.
2. Start parking using a parking ticket
Parking tickets can be purchased from parking meters, the R-kiosk at the bus station (Pikk 13), the Pärnu City Government (Suur-Sepa 16), and the information desk at the Rannastaadion (Ranna pst 2).
To use free parking time, the beginning of parking must be properly marked: a written notice, a parking clock, and/or a parking ticket from the parking meter must be displayed on the windshield or dashboard of the motor vehicle so that the content of the ticket and notice or the indication of the parking clock can be identified from outside the vehicle.
You can view the locations of parking meters here.
Parking meters automatically add the end time of the free parking period to the ticket.
3. Acquire a parking permit for a longer period
The issuance of long-term parking permits is handled by the Pärnu City Government.
For further information, you can contact them via email at parkimine@parnu.ee.
